Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include your order number and a summary of the items purchased. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

If you choose the FREE PICKUP option, your order will be delivered to the Realty87 North office at:

5408 Blairs Forest Way NE, Cedar Rapids,IA 52402.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s ready for pickup.

If you choose to PAY FOR SHIPING, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and Realty87’s processing timeline.

Because each item is custom made to order, standard processing and delivery typically takes 10–14 business days for printed items and up to 3 weeks for embroidered items.

If your order is part of a bulk group order, it will be processed after the ordering deadline!

We’ll keep you updated by email once your order is in production and again when it ships or is ready for pickup.

Because all items are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please double-check your order details, sizes, and customizations before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
